Welcome to Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals!

By registering for or participating in our events, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in our events.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a legal guardian.
• By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Registration and Payment

• Participation in our events requires advance registration and payment of the applicable fee.
• Fees cover the costs of materials, venue, and other logistical expenses and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the event to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• If we cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for preparing in advance using the materials provided by Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals.
• You agree to respect the structured rehearsal schedule and cooperate with facilitators and other participants.
• Recording or distribution of event materials without permission is prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals is a welcoming and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Participants must treat all facilitators, staff, and fellow participants with respect.
• Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals.
• Participants may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

7. Media Usage

• By participating in our events, you grant Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals the right to retain and use photos and videos taken during events for publicity and marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional materials.
• These materials may also be used to document our activities and share the experience with others.
• If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before the event.

8. Liability

• Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event.

9. Changes to Events

• Berlin UnRehearsed Musicals reserves the right to modify event details, including venue, schedule, or content, with appropriate notice provided to participants.

10. Privacy

Your personal data will be collected, used, and protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
